TSB Challenge #13

Wow I can't believe another week has passed!  February is around the corner and with it Valentine's Day!  Thank you everyone who played along on the Blog Hop last week from The Stamping Bazaar.  Please take note that all 3 images (Chickie's Valentine, Louisa and Leoncio & Marvin with Daisies) are combined for a limited time only for $10.  So hurry to get these super adorable images from Marina!!!

This week's challenge is a sketch!

I used one of my fav images "Bikkie".  He's just so adorable and always fun to color.  This time I used Tombow ABT's on watercolor paper with a watercolor brush.  I still can't get over how bright these markers are.  I finally got to use my Basic Grey - Marjolaine 6x6 papers.  I have been doing so many Valentine's Cards that it was nice to take a break.  Greens and Blues are one of my fav color combos.  The dragonfly is wood and I used Liquid Pearls to color it and BG gems.  The flowers are from Hero Arts.  Love the colors in this pack.  The sentiment is also from Hero Arts.  TFL!

DYSU Challenge #4

Whoo Hoo! We had 182 entries to last week's challenge.  That's a whole lotta pink! LOL.  This week at DYSU the challenge is Patterns!  Create something using as many or as little patterned paper, ribbon, brads, fabric, etc.. as you want!!

For my card I used the image "Sparkles" from Stitchy Bear.  I colored her using Promarkers.  For the wings I wanted some texture and cracks so I used Crackle Accents.  I used a Martha Stewart edge punch.  I can't recall the patterned papers.  The leaves are from I Am Roses.  TFL!

Whimsey Release

Hi everyone.  I have been having loads of fun coloring Whimsey Releases and I think it is time to share.  There isn't any set day for me to post these so I will show my Whimsey work on Mondays.  There is an inspiration blog which you can also view the rest of the team and their wonderful creations.  Of course you can always go to the Whimsey Store to purchase your stamps anytime, day or night.  Ah the wonderful world wide web!!! 

This first image is "Birds Spring Trinkets".  Isn't it just darling?  I colored the image with Promarkers.  The papers are from Graphic 45 - Once Upon A Springtime.  My favorite line at the moment.  I am actually getting another pad of this to use in a mini.  The flowers are from I Am Roses.  I also used Garland Chandeliers from Magnolia.  The leaves I cut using the Make the Cut software for the cricut.

The next card I used the image "Swirly Daisy Pot".  This time I used Tombows and a watercolor brush on cold press watercolor paper.  The papers are Bo Bunny - Crazy Love.  The flowers are a mix of I Am Roses and Prima.  The pins are from Making Memories and sorry but I don't know where the pearls are from.  TFL!

Love them!  I was at a Christmas crop at my local LSS and they were on sale and on top of that I had a credit because I had accumilated points so I was able to purchase them at a ridiculous price.  For watercoloring this is going to be my fav.  The papers are from Bo Bunny - Crazy Love.  I used the new and improved Liquid Pearls.  Ladies to all of you that have the older ones and were discouraged....you will absolutely love them.  They dry with the pearl effect and they are much easier to use with the new and improved bottle.  TFL!

TSB Challenge #11

Happy Weekend everyone! First let me say that my blog is a day late.  I had company over and I set this as a schedule and for some reason it didn't post.

This week's challenge at The Stamping Bazaar is PUNCHES!  I love punches and it adds a beautiful trim to a card or page.  I used the image "Allie and Percy on Sled".  Aren't they adorable?  I colored using promarkers on Stampin' Up Whisper White paper.  The papers are from Bo Bunny - Midnight Frost 6x6 pad.  I created the sentiment and used glitter paper from Best Creations for the underneath of the sentiment and snowflake.  TFL!

TSB Challenge #10

Happy New Year!!! The Stamping Bazaar is back with it's first challenge of the year.  We have changed things up a bit.  The challenges will now be on Friday's starting at 12:01AM EST and finish on Wednesday's ending at 11:59PM EST.  Winners will be announced on Friday's when the new challenge goes up.  The first winner wins 2 digis of their choice and 2nd winner wins 1 digi of their choice.  Once again I will point out that your submission must be to the exact post!!!

Today I have used the "Loving Ewe" image and it's colored with promarkers.  My heart was cut using Make The Cut for my cricut.  I used distress ink and used the slice wedding cartridge for my butterflies.
