Club Scrap Blog Hop With Garden Shed Kit

For my card I started with the stamps from the Jumbo Unmounted Set. Using India Ink from Club Scrap I stamped my image. I used distress ink on an acrylic block and a waterbrush to gently apply some color. Once dry I used distress ink and inked the edges. My background was created using Color Burst on the light green patterned paper. Once dry I layered the papers. For the sentiment I embossed it on a scrap of the paper I created with the color burst. Last I made a flower using Elizabeth Craft Design dies (I used Prills for the center of the flower).

Club Scrap September Artist Team Challenge Garden Shed Kit

Hi Everyone,

Today it's the Artist Team Challenge with Club Scrap. The challenge this month is to use wooden elements on your projects. 

Now first things first if you came from Lisa's blog then you've come from the right place. If you didn't you can start at the beginning with Karen at Club Scrap.

All product is from the Garden Shed Kit unless otherwise stated. Be sure to grab yours now.

For my first card I used the beautiful patterned paper. I stamped the word happiness on the wooden floral and attached it to my card with two brads. The brads are from stash.  Finished card measures 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 folded.

For my next card I decided to think outside of the box. I used an actual thin branch. Using the Curvy Leaves die from Elizabeth Craft Designs and plain cardstock from Garden Shed kit i layered the leaves to the branch. Finished card measures 6x6 folded. 

For my next card I altered the Wood Plant Stakes that comes with the Garden Shed Kit. I painted it with acrylic paint.  Once dry I used distress ink to give it a rustic look. With the stencil also from the kit I inked the word Love.  I tied all 3 gorgeous ribbons from the kit to altered stake. Truth be told I couldn't decide which one to use so I used them all. The snail is from the cutapart. The butterfly was stamped using India ink from Club Scrap and on the soft Green patterned paper. I cut out the butterfly and added some glue to the center and placed on the card. Added some sequins from my stash. Finished card measures 6x6 folded.

Club Scrap Garden Shed Kit with Mojo Monday Sketch 464 Challenge

Happy Sunday Everyone,

Sometimes it happens, we get a creative block.  Using sketches and/or challenges helps to get our creative juices flowing.

Today I am showing you a card using the Garden Shed Kit from Club Scrap which is inspired from the Sketch 464 by Mojo Monday.  A challenge especially using a sketch is suggestive and doesn't mean you have to copy it exactly as the sketch.  For the sketch below I chose to turn it 90 degrees clockwise and I dropped the diamond.

My card is using the new kit from Club Scrap - Garden Shed Kit.  The green drops are from Nuvo Crystal Drops.

Garden Shed Digital Kit from Club Scrap

Hi Everyone,

Has this ever happened to you?  You walk into work and find out it's your coworkers birthday and you are empty handed. All your scrapbook supplies are at home,  what do you do…. Luckily Club Scrap has a monthly digital kit. I just went into my account and downloaded the digital kit. I printed some designs on cardstock. Used an exacto blade and layered the cut designs on cardstock. The Garden Shed digital kit saved me. TFL! Be sure to come back for more upcoming Garden Shed projects.
