For my card I used the sweet image "Everyone Needs A Hug" from Little Blue Button.  It is colored with Promarkers.  I used the papers from Fancy Pants 6x6 - Love Note.  I diecut the doily with a Die-Namites Die Doily.  For my hearts I drew it and converted it to cut on my cutting machine.
