Club Scrap Lagoon Kit Blog Hop and Linky Party

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to the Club Scrap Lagoon Kit Blog Hop and Linky Party. Below you will find examples using this stunning kit in both the paper and digital kit. Before we get started let's take care of business. If you came from Lisa's Blog then you came from the right place. If you didn't you can start at the beginning with Karen at Club Scrap's Blog.

Finished card measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" folded

For this card I used all product from the paper kit. The base is plain paper. The background is using the patterned paper. The top layer of background is patterned paper matted with plain paper. Before adhering to the center of card I attached the adorable mini bottle and cork with a ribbon and adhered to the panel. Once secure I adhered the panel to the card. I jazzed it up with the glitter starfish. My sentiment handwritten on the mini tag which is inside the bottle. A little tip I left the cord of the mini tag out of the bottle for easy removal.

For this card I used the digital kit. The designs are printed on white cardstock and cut like a paper kit. The base of the card is plain cardstock from the paper kit. The background is the patterned design. The center patterned paper already had the bubbles so I had a guide for my Crystal Nuvo Drops. I put my scanncut2 to good use. It cut the seaweed and seahorse. Once cut I added some glue half to bottom and adhered to the bottom of card. Not adhering the entire pieces allows the scene to have dimension. Next I topped off the card with a fitting sentiment and matted it with plain paper to pop.

For my last card I mainly used the digital kit. The base of the card is plain cardstock from the paper kit. The background is the patterned design. Once again I used my scanncut to cut my images. The seaweed is weaved around the fin. I added Crystal Nuvo Drops to create some air bubbles. The card is finished with a sentiment and matted with plain cardstock.

I hope you have enjoyed the Lagoon Kit. To continue the Hop your next stop is Julie's Blog.
