Hi everyone,
Today I am sharing a card using the Slow The Sloth and Leaves Background Dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs Cute & Whimsical Line. Below are the steps to create your own card.
Step 1 - Trim White Soft Finish Cardstock to 4 1/4" x 11", score at 5 1/2" and fold in half for a horizontal top fold card. (A2)
Step 2 - Trim Dark Green Cardstock to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Adhere to card front using 3mm Clear Double Sided Adhesive Tape.
Step 3 - Diecut Leaves Background using a Lighter Green Cardstock. Apply Green ink using a blender brush to the stems to add some depth. Adhere to card front using Kids Choice Glue.
Step 4 - Diecut Slow The Sloth using White Cardstock. Using a blender brush apply inks of your choice to add color and dimension. Assemble and adhere to card front using Kids Choice Glue.
Step 5 - Stamp Jungle Sentiment using Versamark Ink on the same Dark Green Cardstock from Step 2. Pour White Embossing on top of stamped image. Remove the excess and heat set it with a Heat Tool. Trim and adhere to card front using Kids Choice Glue. For the inside of the card I stamped using Versafine Onyx Black Ink Happy Belated Birthday!
