Hey, Boo A2 Card

Hi everyone,

I have a super fun Halloween card to share with you using a variety of Simon Says Stamp product. Below you will find the steps to create your own card.


Step 1 - Trim Neenah 110lbs Classic Solar Crest to 4 1/4” x 11”, score at 5 1/2” and fold in half for a horizontal top fold card. (A2)

Step 2 - Trim Neenah 110lbs Classic Solar Crest to 4 1/4” x 5 1/2”. Apply Inks using a Blender Brush using Distress Oxide in Villainous Potion, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot. Spatter some water on top and place a Paper Towel to absorb. Once dry adhere to card front using Bearly Art Glue.

Step 3 - Trim Neenah 110lbs Classic Solar Crest to 4 1/4” x 5 1/2”. Apply Brown Ink using a Blender Brush. 

Step 4 - Pass the panel from Step 2 in your Die Cutting Machine using the 3D Embossing Folder Arched Forest. Diecut the panel using the matching Arched Forest Die. Apply a darker Brown Ink to the Diecut. Adhere to card front using Foam Tape.

Step 5 - Diecut Autumn Arrangement using Neenah 110lbs Classic Solar Crest. Apply various colors of Ink using a Blender Brush. Assemble and adhere to card front using Bearly Art Glue.

Step 6 - Diecut Trick Or Treat Ghosts using Neenah 110lbs Classic Solar Crest. Apply various colors of Ink using a Blender Brush. Assemble and adhere to card front using Bearly Art Glue.

Step 7 - Diecut Mushroom Stems using Neenah 110lbs Classic Solar Crest. Apply various shades of Ink using a Blender Brush in Browns. Assemble and adhere to card front using Bearly Art Glue.

Step 8 - Diecut Big Bat sentiment using Vellum Paper for the shadow and Purple Cardstock for the words. Assemble and adhere to card using Bearly Art Glue. Diecut Big Bat (Bats) using Black Cardstock. Adhere to card using Bearly Art Glue.

Step 9 - Optional - For some added glitter and shine randomly adhere Cool Tones Pawsitively Dazzling Gems using a Pick Tool and Bearly Art Glue.


For Steps 5 and 6 you can always Diecut using colored Cardstock. I prefer diecutting in White because when you apply ink it adds dimension. Below is a link to all the products used. Thank you for stopping by and Happy Crafting!
