Club Scrap July Artist Team Challenge

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to the Club Scrap July Artist Team Challenge. This month the Artist Team Challenge is to create a frame using stencils and/or stamps. Below you will find 3 examples. But before we get started if you came from Roni's Blog then you came from the right place. If you didn't you can start at the beginning with Karen at Club Scrap's Blog.

Finished card measures 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 folded

For this card I used the Vintage Botany plain cardstock for the base of my card. I cut the Vintage Botany cut-a-part and inked the edges then adhered to the front of card. I created the frame using the Adirondacks Stencil with India Ink. The sentiment is also from the Vintage Botany Collection.

I trimmed the Vintage Botany Patterned Paper to 2 7/8" x 3 3/4" and stamped the flower from Vintage Botany with India Ink Pad. I inked the edges then adhered to the center of the frame. The sentiment is also from the Vintage Botany Collection.

For this card I used the Vintage Botany plain cardstock for the base of my card. I created my frame using the Paris Flea Market Stencil with Carnation Ink Pad. I layered the Vintage Botany Cut-A-Part, stamped image & lace ribbon all from the Vintage Botany Collection. Once assembled I adhered to the front of card. I used a Shimmer Spray to create a sparkle. It is hard to capture the glitter on a picture but see the close up below to get an idea. It is so pretty IRL!

For this card I used all product from Vintage Botany. I used the plain paper with the Vintage Botany Stencil and Distress Oxides. In real life the colors really pop on the dark background. I embossed the sentiment with Bronze.

For this card I embossed in white the gorgeous Dandelion stamp from Vintage Botany. I used Distress Inks on the background and sprayed it with Sparkle Sheer Shimmer Spritz. I topped it off with the gorgeous ribbon and used a diecut sentiment. This card really sparkles.

For this card I used Distress Oxides direct on plain paper. I blended the in between colors. Then sprayed with some water and let dry. Once dry I stamped with India Ink Black the Vintage Botany stamp. I stamped the sentiment and used a banner diecut and adhered to the card.

Club Scrap Vintage Botany Kit and Fusion Card Challenge

Hi Everyone,
Today I am showing you a card I made using the new Vintage Botany Hybrid Kit from Club Scrap and a sketch from the Fusion Card Challenge.

Here is the challenge (4th of July Jars). I chose the sketch.
Finished measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" folded.

All designs were printed on white cardstock and then assembled as a paper kit. I used the Stitched Rectangles and Dotted Scallop Rectangles die to create a window. I diecut the flowers from the cut-a-parts (3 circles). I love how they turned out. For close up see photo below. I diecut the sentiment with the Fishtail Banners Die. (All dies are from Elizabeth Craft Designs). If you are interested in the Vintage Botany Hybrid kit go here. If you want the Vintage Botany paper kit go here.
