Happy Weekend Everyone.
My "Paris Flea Market" kit from Club Scrap did not arrive in time for the weekend. I was so sad because what a kit!!! If you haven't ordered one go here and check it out. Since I didn't have it I decided to play around with more flowers. Here are the results.
For my card I used the paper from Prima 6x6 - Melody which uses all the colors I used for inking my flowers. All flowers are handmade except the pink lilies which are from I Am Roses. The larger leaves are also from I Am Roses. The small ones are cut with white cardstock with the Elizabeth Craft Design Dies - Curvy Leaves. I used distress ink with water on my distress mat, cut the leaves with my Cuttlebug, inked the edges for texture and then shaped the leaves using my embossing pen. I wanted a dropbox effect so i cut out a square and cut another square in the center for a frame. The inside part I embossed and used a distress ink to shade the embossed part only. TFL! and see you soon.
Here are the dies I will be giving to one lucky winner. Die-Namites Caterpillar Branch and Spellbinders Spiral Blossom. The contest ends March 31 so be sure to follow my blog for a chance to win. The winner will be announced April 1st.
Your flowers are to die for...they are stunning. Love this card.
